We dispatched orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and our standard delivery time for any product is 5-6 working days (Monday to Friday). We are providing free shipping services across the UK and currently shipping in the UK only.What time can I expect my order to be delivered?
It is difficult to say the exact delivery time but as our courier service provider work through the business days and they usually deliver the parcel in the span of 9 am-5 pm Mon-Fri in which holidays are not included. So you can expect your parcel to be delivered in the given span of time during the business days.

What should I do if my order says it’s delivered but I don’t have it?

I received most of my order, but I'm missing one item, what should I do?
In that case, first kindly check your email if that missing item is scheduled to be shipped separately or not. If it isn’t the case then kindly contact us through email immediately, we will look into this matter and resolve your issue.
