Thank you for choosing Varsity Jacket Hub. We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship—utilizing premium 24 oz Melton wool and genuine cowhide leather—and aim to provide a transparent shipping experience for our customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and worldwide.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Because our jackets are technical garments made with premium materials, each order requires a specific production window before shipment:

• Plain/Blank Jackets: Processed and prepared within 5–6 working days.
• Custom Jackets/ Embriodery Jackets: Due to the complexity of personalized designs, these require 10–14 working days.
• Bulk Orders: Processing times for bulk quantities are determined by order volume and customization needs. Please Contact Us for a specific timeline regarding bulk shipments.
• Note: We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders are initiated for processing immediately upon receipt, as we do not observe a daily cut-off time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure your order arrives safely.

Standard Shipping

• Transit Time: 2–17 Working Days.
• Cost (US & UK): $10.00.

Express Shipping

• Transit Time: 2–11 Working Days.
• Cost (US & UK): $25.00.

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Production + Transit):

• Plain Jackets: Approximately 9–12 working days.
• Custom Jackets: Approximately 14–20 working days.

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our international customers, including those in our expanding UK market:

• Import duties, taxes, and secondary customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• These charges are the buyer's responsibility according to your country’s specific import laws.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine these additional costs before purchase.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has officially shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active and searchable within 24–48 hours.

5. Shipping Delays

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you directly via email.
