Return & Refunds Policy
At Varsity Jacket Hub, we stand behind the quality of our premium 24 oz Melton wool and cowhide leather garments. This policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our website Terms and Conditions. Varsity Jacket Hub reserves the right to any changes to the Return and Refund Policy.
1. Return Process & Time Frame
For any unused items, return and refund requests must be submitted via email within a span of 30 days of receiving your parcel. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the required instructions for your matter.
- The customer must share their tracking number as soon as they ship their return.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories in place.
- We will not be responsible for returned items without prior notification to our email.
2. Damaged Parcel & Wrong Products
If you receive the wrong product, or if the product you received is damaged or faulty, we will cover the shipping cost and resend the correct parcel.
- Kindly email a picture of the faulty product to our support email.
- We will resend the product, along with covering its shipping cost.
3. Change of Mind or Dislike
If the customer has lost interest in the product or did not like the product and wants to return it and get a refund, they may return the unused item.
- The customer must bear the shipping cost for returns related to a change of mind or dislike of the product.
4. Exchange Policy
If the customer wants to exchange a product for another of the same value, they need to resend the product while bearing the shipping cost. We will then exchange that product.
- Note: This exchange policy is not valid for customizable and embroidered products.
- Customizable and embroidered items are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Any sale or promotional items and Bulk Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless you received a defective or wrong product.
6. Parcel Not Delivered & Cancellations
- Parcel Not Delivered: If your parcel is not delivered on time, kindly inform us via email. If it is still not delivered after our intervention, a new order will be dispatched without any additional cost.
- Cancellation During Shipping: It is not possible to cancel an order during shipment. Customers need to either return the parcel or reject it when they receive it.
7. Refunds
- Refund Amount: You can expect the refund amount to be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of refund confirmation.
- Methods of Payment: For your security, refunds will only be transferred back to the Original Mode of Payment you used when placing your order.
