Return & Refunds Policy
For any unused items returns and refund request kindly email us within span of the 30 days. We will get back to you in the span of 24 hours with required instructions to your matter.
Damaged Parcel:
We will cover the shipping cost only when the product you received is damaged, faulty delivered product. Kindly email the picture of the faulty product on our email id and we will resend the product along with covering its shipping cost.
Change of mind:
If the customer has lost his/her interest in the product and wanted to return the product then they can send the unused product back to us for their return but customer has to bear the shipping cost.
Didn’t like the product:
If the customer didn’t like the product and wanted to return and get refund they have to bear the shipping cost.
Exchange Policy:
If the customer wanted to exchange the product from another with the same value they need to resend the product while bearing the shipping cost we will exchange that product. However, this exchange policy is not valid for customizable products as they are NON-refundable & NON-exchangeable.
Receiving The Wrong Product:
On receiving the wrong product we will resend the correct parcel and bear the shipping cost of the product.
Parcel Not Delivered:
If you're parcel is not delivered on time, kindly inform us through our email and still it is not delivered after our interference the new order will be dispatched without any additional cost.
Cancellation During Shipping:
Customer needs to either return the parcel or reject it when they receive because it is not possible to cancel the order during its shipment.
The customer need to share their tracking number as soon as they ship their return and also ensure the item should be in its original packaging with all its accessories in place. We will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to our email.
Time Frame in which We Accept Returns:
Customer need to submit their return request in the span of 30 days of receiving their parcel.
When Can You Expect the Refund Amount:
It usually takes 10 - 15 working days from the date of refund confirmation.
Methods of Payment and Refunds:
For your Security, refunds will only be transferred back to the Original Mode of Payment you used when placing your order.
Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-returnable unless you received a defective or wrong product.
