What is your returns policy?

Kindly email us at support@varsityjackethub.com in case of any returns and refund requests for an unused item within 30 days. We will respond within 24 hours with the required instructions particular to your case.

Please note we will cover the shipping cost only when the product you received is damaged, faulty, or for a wrong delivered product. Please email us with a picture of the product via email and we will substitute it with another product covering its shipping cost.

How much time it will take to shipped the parcel?

Once the order is placed we dispatch it within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and our standard delivery time is 5 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday).

When will I receive my order?

It is difficult to say the exact delivery time but as our courier service provider work through the business days and they usually deliver the parcel in the span of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri in which holidays are not included. So you can expect your parcel to be delivered in the given span of time during the business days.

What should I do if I never received my order?

Kindly contact us through our email (support@varsityjackethub.com) in case the delay of your parcel’s delivery and we will get back to you in one business day. A customer service representative will locate your order and inform you of next steps.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

We will cover the shipping cost only when the product you received is damaged, or faulty. Kindly email the picture of the faulty product on our email id and we will resend the product along with covering its shipping cost.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If your order is not in the process of shipment and still it is present at our warehouse in that case only you can cancel or change your order by emailing us on our email.

We only carry products from brands that are completely transparent about their processes. This includes workplace conditions, where materials are sourced, and ensuring sustainable/ethical practices.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

For the best shopping experience, knowing your size is important through our size chart and if you choose the right size from our chart we assure you it will fit snugly.

You can enter the tracking number that is provided in the email on the website of the courier service, which will help you to track your parcel.

How do you pack your items to ensure safe transport?

Your orders are being packed to ensure nothing is damaged along the way in the safe packaging.

How do I know my payment has been received?

If you pay via credit card or PayPal or stripe, your order confirmation should indicate that payment has been completed.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
